Under the terms of the agreement, Hutchinson will provide essential technical know-how, engineering assistance, design support, and process-related guidance for product development and commercialization. PPAP will make payments linked to the transfer of this technical knowledge, licensed technology, and related support services, in addition to paying royalties for the use of licensed intellectual property. Production activities are slated to occur at PPAP's existing facilities within India.
