What is covered
Every CarXNeo and BikeXNeo product sold by eAuto is covered against manufacturing defects, from 6 to 24 months depending on the product. The period for your unit is printed on its warranty card, and it is shown on screen as soon as you enter the serial number.
This warranty programme covers CarXNeo and BikeXNeo products only. Other brands sold on eAuto are not covered by it.
You do not have to register to make a claim. Registering just makes it quicker, because we already hold your details. When you do claim, send a photo or short video of the fault. We reply within 2 working days, and an approved claim is settled with a replacement.
