The eagerly awaited third-generation Renault Duster is slated for its official launch in India on March 17. The iconic SUV, which was discontinued four years ago, returns with a significantly updated design and enhanced technological features, aiming to reclaim its position in the compact SUV segment. Pre-bookings for the new Duster have already commenced, with showroom units beginning to arrive at dealerships.
Key highlights of the 2026 Renault Duster include dual digital displays, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated and powered front seats, six airbags, a 360-degree camera, and Level-2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Powering the SUV will be three engine options, notably including a strong-hybrid setup expected to arrive by October 2026. The initial launch will feature two turbo-petrol engines: a 1.0-litre unit producing 100 hp and a 1.3-litre four-cylinder unit delivering 163 hp, both available with a 6-speed manual gearbox, with the 1.3-litre also offering a 6-speed DCT.
