The highly anticipated Norton Manx R superbike is slated for an early 2026 launch in the Indian market, positioning itself as the brand's flagship offering. Unveiled at EICMA 2025 in Italy, the Manx R is among six new models Norton plans to introduce globally by early next year.
The Manx R is powered by an all-new 1,200 cc liquid-cooled V4 engine, delivering an impressive 203 bhp at 11,500 rpm and 130 Nm of peak torque at 9,000 rpm. This potent engine is paired with a six-speed constant mesh transmission, featuring a wet, multiplate slipper clutch and an electronic bidirectional quickshifter. Weighing in at 204 kg, the superbike is designed for both road and track performance.
Adhering to Norton's 'Nortonness' design philosophy, the Manx R features a forward-focused stance with LED lighting, carbon fibre body panels, and an under-slung exhaust. Its chassis, inspired by the brand's Isle of Man TT racing heritage, consists of a cast aluminium monocoque frame complemented by semi-active Marzocchi suspension with fully adjustable units.
