TL;DR

Citroen has teased the upcoming e-C3X electric vehicle, expected to launch by October 2026 with refreshed styling, enhanced interior features, and a 250 km range.

Citroen has released teasers for its upcoming e-C3X, an electric vehicle expected to launch in India by October 2026. The new e-C3X is anticipated to feature a refreshed exterior design, including a new front bumper with a silver insert, dual-tone alloy wheels, LED fog lamps, and ORVMs with integrated turn indicators. This update follows a similar mid-life refresh given to its ICE counterpart, the C3, which also received an 'X' suffix.

Inside, the e-C3X is expected to offer a more refined interior with increased creature comforts compared to the standard model. These enhancements likely include leatherette seats with adjustable headrests, a leatherette dashboard finish, and a larger 10.25-inch central touchscreen infotainment system. Safety features are also projected to see an upgrade, with the potential inclusion of six airbags, a tire pressure monitoring system, and a 360-degree camera.

Under the hood, the 2026 e-C3X is expected to retain the existing 29.2 kWh battery pack, providing a driving range of up to 250 km. It will continue to be powered by a front-mounted electric motor delivering 56 hp and 143 Nm of torque. With an estimated price range of ₹11.00 lakh to ₹14.00 lakh, the Citroen e-C3X will directly compete with models such as the Tata Punch EV, particularly its 30 kWh battery pack variants.
