FAZER FI V2 (2014-2018)
FZ FI V2 (2014-2018)
FZ-S FI V2 (2014-2018)
FZ-S V3 BS4 (2019)
The eAuto fuel pump assembly covers the complete Yamaha FZ FI V2 generation — the second-generation FZ series launched in India in July 2014 with a 149cc fuel-injected air-cooled engine. This includes the FZ FI V2, FZ-S FI V2, and FAZER FI V2 — all three models share the same fuel tank architecture and pump module. The assembly is also compatible with the brief FZ-S V3 BS4 transition variant sold in early-to-mid 2019 before the BS6 switchover. Every unit is tested for correct fuel pressure output and electrical function before dispatch from eAuto.co.in.

| Yamaha FZ-X (2021–Present) | FZ-X uses the BS6 FZ V3 pump (B9P) — not compatible with this V2 assembly |
| Yamaha FZ 25 / FAZER 250 (249cc) | Completely different 249cc engine — separate fuel pump (OEM: 20P-F4486-00) |

1 Set × Mukut Fuel Pump Assembly for Yamaha FZ FI V2 / FZ-S FI V2 / FAZER FI V2 (2014–2018)
⚠️ When to Replace
If your Yamaha FZ FI V2 is showing any of these symptoms, the fuel pump assembly likely needs replacement. The FZ V2's fuel-injected engine is sensitive to pressure drop — even a partially failing pump will affect starting and throttle response well before complete failure.
🔩 Installation Notes
Tank Access: The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank on the FZ FI V2. Full tank removal is required. Depressurise the fuel system by running the engine until it stalls before disconnecting any fuel lines.
V2 vs FZ-S V3 BS4: The Mukut pump assembly is compatible with both the FZ V2 platform (2014–2018) and the FZ-S V3 BS4 (early 2019). The BS4 V3 updated the engine tune but retained the same fuel tank and pump module architecture as the V2.
BS6 FZ V3 — Important: Do NOT use this assembly for the BS6 FZ V3 (launched November 2019 onwards) or the FZ-X (2021–Present). These models use a different pump (OEM: B9P-E3907-00). eAuto lists a separate assembly for those models.
After Fitment: Turn the ignition on (without starting) and listen for the 2-second priming buzz from inside the tank. This confirms the pump is energised and pressurising correctly before you start the engine.

A: No. The original FZ 16 / FZ-S V1 (2008–2013) used a carbureted engine and has no fuel pump. Fuel injection was introduced with the FZ FI V2 in 2014.
A: No. This assembly is for the 149cc FAZER FI V2 only. The FAZER 250 / FZ25 uses a completely different 249cc engine with its own fuel pump (OEM: 20P-F4486-00). Check the eAuto FZ 250 listing.
A: अगर बाइक ठंडे में स्टार्ट नहीं हो रही, इग्निशन पर बज़ आवाज़ न आए, या कम पेट्रोल पर बार-बार बंद हो जाए — तो फ्यूल पंप चेक करें। | If your bike struggles to start cold, there's no priming buzz on ignition, or it stalls repeatedly at low fuel — check your fuel pump. eAuto delivers the Yamaha FZ FI V2 fuel pump assembly across India with free shipping and COD.
