What is covered
Every CarXNeo and BikeXNeo product sold by eAuto is covered against manufacturing defects, from 6 to 24 months depending on the product. The period for your unit is printed on its warranty card, and the form shows it as soon as you identify the product.
This warranty programme covers CarXNeo and BikeXNeo products only. Other brands sold on eAuto are not covered by it.
CarXNeo car LED bulbs and dash cams carry a serial number on the warranty card. BikeXNeo bulbs and mobile holders and the PureZen air purifier do not, so for those you pick the product and give your invoice or order number instead. The cover is the same either way.
You do not have to register to make a claim. Registering just makes it quicker, because we already hold your details. When you do claim, send a photo or short video of the fault. We reply within 2 working days, and an approved claim is settled with a replacement.
