The Scorpio N pickup truck is poised to be a direct competitor to the Toyota Hilux in the Indian market, reflecting Mahindra's strategic move to expand its presence in the lifestyle vehicle segment. This new pickup is anticipated to largely mirror the styling of the Scorpio N SUV, possibly with more rugged design cues, and is expected to retain the SUV's 203hp 2.0-liter turbo-petrol and 175hp 2.2-liter diesel engines, with 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox options, and a 4WD offering.
Additionally, the event will likely feature a new BE 6 variant, possibly the 'SPORTEQ' model, which has been teased with key updates like a matte grey exterior shade, a new triple-screen dashboard setup, and tan interior accents. The BE 6 SPORTEQ is expected to further enhance the eSUV's premium appeal and technological offerings, boasting a 5-star Bharat NCAP safety rating and battery options of 59 kWh and 79 kWh.
