Engine options will remain similar to the outgoing model, with the diesel variant now offering a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
Following Hyundai, Tata Motors is slated to bring back its iconic Sierra nameplate on November 25th. The 2025 Tata Sierra will be launched in both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicle (EV) forms, with the ICE version arriving first. Feature highlights anticipated for the new Sierra include a triple-screen layout, connected LED lighting, a panoramic sunroof, and Level-2 ADAS. Under the hood, it could feature Tata's new 1.5-liter TGDi turbo-petrol and a 1.5-liter diesel engine.
Mid-November will also see the expected debut of the Mahindra XEV 7e, an all-electric version of a popular Mahindra SUV. The XEV 7e is projected to receive EV-specific design changes such as a closed-off grille, connected lighting, and a triple-screen setup, mirroring features from the XEV 9e. It is also likely to share the same electric powertrain choices as the larger XEV 9e, offering options with 59 kWh and 79 kWh battery capacities, providing ranges of 542 km and 656 km, respectively.
