Worst quality and experience

The received product was broken and even had scratches. Firstly the delivery was delayed. When i said i was waiting on scheduled delivery date and now not at home, i was asked to pay and get the package from building lobby. When i came to mumbai and saw the product, it was broken and had also had scratches. Then when i tried to raise replacement or return request i was said 5 days are over you cannot return. This eauto seems to be a fake compnay or a cheap company who does not care about customer, seems they just want money. Iam bery disappointed and will never recommend this website for anyone. Very disappointing experience.
