eAuto Fuel Pump Assembly for TVS Apache RR 310 (2017–Present) | 312.2cc Liquid-Cooled FI | Also Fits BMW G310R / G310GS / G310RR
The eAuto fuel pump assembly covers the complete TVS Apache RR 310 range — India's flagship fully-faired supersport, co-developed with BMW Motorrad on a shared 312.2cc platform. Because the RR 310 and BMW G310R / G310GS / G310RR share the same engine and fuel tank architecture, this assembly fits all three brands. Covers BS4 (2017–2019) and BS6 (Jan 2020–Present) variants — both generations use the same in-tank pump module (OEM: N7140010). Every unit is tested for correct fuel pressure output and electrical function before dispatch from eAuto.co.in.

⚠️ When to Replace
The RR 310's 312.2cc DOHC liquid-cooled engine demands consistent fuel pressure for its ride-by-wire throttle system and multiple riding modes to function correctly. A failing pump affects performance well before complete failure. Watch for:
-
No priming buzz on ignition — Turn the key and listen for ~2 seconds of pump pre-pressurisation. No buzz means pump motor failure — the earliest and clearest sign.
-
Riding modes behaving erratically — The RR 310's Track / Sport / Urban / Rain modes rely on precise fuel delivery. A marginal pump causes inconsistent throttle response especially at high RPM in Track or Sport mode.
-
Hard cold starts — Multiple cranks needed before the 312cc single fires on cold mornings — a classic sign of reduced pump pressure during pre-start build-up.
-
Stalling at low fuel levels — Sediment in the tank clogs the strainer, causing the engine to stall at idle when the 11-litre tank is below one-quarter.
-
Throttle stumble on hard acceleration — The ride-by-wire system on the RR 310 is sensitive to fuel pressure variation — a brief stumble during hard throttle inputs is an early warning sign.
-
EFI / check engine warning — Low fuel pressure fault codes will illuminate the warning on the digital instrument cluster.
eAuto Tip: RR 310 bikes from 2017–2019 (BS4 batch) are now 6–8 years old. The 11-litre tank means more fuel load on the pump at all times. If your track-day performance has become inconsistent or your riding modes feel less responsive than before, inspect the fuel pump before assuming a more expensive electrical fault.
🔩 Installation Notes
Tank Access: The fuel pump module is inside the 11-litre tank on the RR 310. Full tank removal is required. Depressurise the fuel system by running the engine until it stalls before disconnecting fuel lines. The RR 310's under-seat tank location requires fairings to be removed before tank access.
BS4 vs BS6: Both BS4 (2017–2019) and BS6 (Jan 2020–Present) RR 310 variants use the same in-tank pump module (OEM: N7140010). The BS6 update changed emission calibration but did not alter the fuel tank or pump architecture.
BMW G310 Series: The G310R, G310GS, and G310RR share the same TVS-BMW co-developed 313cc engine and fuel tank architecture. The eAuto assembly (N7140010 reference) fits all three BMW G310 variants.
RTR 310 — Do NOT use this assembly: The Apache RTR 310 (launched Sep 2023) is a naked streetfighter derived from the RR 310 engine but with a different fuel tank. eAuto lists a separate assembly for the RTR 310.
After Fitment: Turn ignition on (without starting) and listen for the ~2-second priming buzz. With the RR 310's ride-by-wire system, also confirm all riding modes respond normally on the first ride after fitment.
✔ eAuto Fitment Guarantee: This assembly is verified for the TVS Apache RR 310 BS4 (2017–2019), RR 310 BS6 (Jan 2020–Present), BMW G310R, G310GS, and G310RR. Contact eAuto support at eAuto.co.in if you are unsure about your variant.
❓ FAQ
Q: Does this fit both BS4 and BS6 RR 310?
A: Yes. Both BS4 (2017–2019) and BS6 (Jan 2020–Present) Apache RR 310 variants use the same pump module (OEM: N7140010). The BS6 transition did not change the fuel tank or pump architecture.
Q: Does this fit the BMW G310R / G310GS?
A: Yes. The BMW G310R, G310GS, and G310RR share the same TVS-BMW co-developed 313cc engine and fuel tank architecture as the Apache RR 310. The eAuto assembly is a direct fit for all three BMW G310 variants.
Q: Will this fit the Apache RTR 310?
A: No. The Apache RTR 310 (launched September 2023) shares the same engine as the RR 310 but uses a different fuel tank design. eAuto lists a dedicated assembly for the RTR 310.
