Mercedes-Benz India officially launched its all-electric CLA sedan on April 24, 2026, marking a significant entry into the country's luxury EV segment. Deliveries for the CLA 250+ Long Range are set to commence by the end of April 2026, while the CLA 200 Standard Range will follow in June.

The CLA electric is built on Mercedes-Benz's new Modular Architecture (MMA) and features an 800-volt electrical system, enabling ultra-fast DC charging. The CLA 250+ Long Range boasts a WLTP certified range of up to 792 kilometers, capable of recovering 400 kilometers of range in just 20 minutes with a 240 kW charger. The standard CLA 200 offers a WLTP range of 542 kilometers.
