Bajaj Auto Reports Strong Q3 FY26 Financial Performance with Record Revenue

TL;DR

Bajaj Auto recorded its highest-ever quarterly revenue of over ₹15,000 crore and a 19% increase in Profit After Tax for Q3 FY26, driven by strong domestic sales and electric vehicle growth.

Bajaj Auto Limited has announced its financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, marking a historic performance across key metrics. The company reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue, surpassing the ₹15,000 crore mark for the first time, driven by robust volume growth and a richer product mix.

The standalone revenue from operations reached ₹15,220.33 crore, an increase of 19% year-on-year. EBITDA also saw a significant rise of 22% year-on-year, touching ₹3,161 crore, with margins expanding to 20.8%. Profit After Tax (before exceptional items) grew by 21% to ₹2,548.70 crore, while the reported PAT stood at ₹2,502.81 crore, up 19% year-on-year.

Key contributors to this strong performance include the domestic business, which posted record revenues fueled by festive demand and GST-led momentum. The electric vehicle portfolio, particularly the Chetak electric scooter, played a crucial role, contributing 25% to domestic revenues and growing approximately 70% sequentially. Exports also surged past 500,000 units after 15 quarters, demonstrating double-digit growth in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
