Hero launched the all-new Glamour BS6 in January 2020 with a completely redesigned 125cc diamond-frame chassis and Programmed Fuel Injection — replacing the earlier Glamour FI (pre-2014, part no. 16700-KTR-941) entirely. 🔩 Installation Notes
Tank Access: The Glamour BS6 uses an in-tank pump mounted in the fuel tank. Drain the tank fully and remove it before accessing the pump. Refer to the Hero Glamour BS6 service manual for the correct removal procedure.
BS6 vs Old Glamour FI: The BS6 Glamour (Jan 2020+) has a new diamond frame and a completely different fuel tank geometry compared to the older tube-frame Glamour FI (pre-2014). The pump assemblies are not interchangeable — confirm your bike's launch year before ordering.
XTEC Variant: The digital console and Bluetooth on the XTEC are part of the instrument cluster — entirely separate from the fuel delivery circuit. The pump assembly is identical to the standard Glamour BS6.
