FZ-S V3 BS4 bikes are now 6 years old and entering the replacement window. The symptoms are the same as any FI fuel pump failure:

No priming buzz on ignition — Turn the key and listen for ~2 seconds of pump pre-pressurisation. No buzz means pump motor failure.
