The eAuto fuel pump assembly covers the fuel-injected generation of the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V — from the BS4 FI ABS launch (2017–2018) through all current BS6 variants including the Race Edition 2.0, dual-channel ABS, and ride mode variants. Note: The original RTR 200 4V launched in 2016 with a carburettor — that carb model does not have or need a fuel pump. This eAuto assembly is for FI-equipped (2017–2018 onwards) variants only. ⚠️ When to Replace
If your TVS Apache RTR 200 4V FI is showing any of these symptoms, the fuel pump may need replacement. The 200 4V is the most performance-oriented model in the Apache lineup — fuel pressure consistency is critical for the ride mode system to function correctly.
🔩 Installation Notes
⚠ Critical — Carb vs FI Check: The RTR 200 4V originally launched in 2016 with a carburettor. Only the FI variants (from 2017/2018 onwards) have a fuel pump. If your bike has a carburettor, do not order this product. If unsure, check for a fuel pump relay and wiring harness near the fuel tank — FI models have these, carb models do not.
Tank Access: The fuel pump is inside the fuel tank on all RTR 200 4V FI models. Tank removal is required — follow the TVS service manual procedure for your year.
BS4 FI vs BS6: The BS6 transition in 2020 updated emission calibration and added ride modes, but did not change the fuel tank or pump architecture. The eAuto assembly covers both generations.
Race Edition 2.0 Owners: The Race Edition 2.0 received cosmetic and colour updates but uses the same mechanical fuel system as the standard RTR 200 4V FI. The eAuto assembly fits the Race Edition 2.0 identically.

A: If your bike was purchased before 2017–2018, it may be a carb model. FI models have a fuel pump relay near the battery and a 3-pin or 4-pin connector going into the fuel tank. Carb models have neither. You can also check the engine sticker — FI models are marked 'RT-Fi'.
A: Yes. The Race Edition 2.0 is a cosmetic/colour variant of the standard RTR 200 4V FI. The fuel system is identical.
A: Yes. The ride mode system operates through the engine ECU — it is separate from the physical fuel pump assembly. The eAuto pump fits all BS6 RTR 200 4V variants with Sport/Urban/Rain modes.
A: No. The RTR 200 4V has a larger 197.75cc engine and a different fuel tank design. The eAuto RTR 200 4V and RTR 160 4V assemblies are separate products.
