3. We will process your money refund on the same day, post quality check. Please note that it can take 7-10 days for the refunded money to show in your account as per the standard banking procedure.

Terms & Conditions

Returns will be accepted only in cases when the product does not fit your bike/scooty or wrong/damaged product was delivered to you.

Change of mind after dispatch of the product from Eauto or after receiving of the product by customer will not be considered a valid reason for returning a product.

In cases where an incorrect product was ordered by the customer, shipping and handling charges will be deducted.

Any return request has to be raised within 5 days of receiving the order. Requests raised after the 5 day window would not be processed.

All products need to be returned in their original packaging and should reach back to us within 10 days of a return request getting accepted

Return Orders received back to our warehouse after a window of 10 days from the date of return request acceptance would not be eligible for refund.

Aviator scooty LED headlight assembly

After a lot of chatting on WhatsApp with a sales person, I ordered the above for my 2014 model Aviator scooty. However, when I went to fit it, the mechanic informed that the entire wiring needs to be changed. I was surprised because I was assured that it would fit my scooty model. However, I returned it and requested a refund which was given to me but after deducting ₹100.00, I don't know for what. This is taking customers for a ride. I am very disappointed with my experience and there's no chance I'll ever buy anything from these people.

I got a defective piece.. the circuit inside was not connected or soldered properly... Whn i opened the light set i got to know the defect only parking light was working other things wint work
