Volkswagen has revealed the India-specific details for its upcoming Tayron R-Line SUV, slated for a Q1 2026 launch. Positioned as the successor to the Tiguan AllSpace, this 7-seater SUV will be locally assembled (CKD) in India, with an expected price point between ₹45–50 lakh.
The India-spec Tayron will feature a digital-first interior, highlighted by a large 15-inch floating touchscreen. Power will come from a 2.0L TSI engine with 4MOTION AWD. Tailored for the Indian market, the vehicle will include ventilated, 10-point massage seats, replacing the European seat heaters, to enhance comfort in local driving conditions. It will also boast iQ lights and a full panoramic sunroof.
