The retail and service network in Hyderabad operates on a hub-and-spoke model, featuring a primary company store, three additional outlets, and a specialized technical support facility in Erragadda. Three spoke centers will cater to routine servicing and maintenance, aiming to improve accessibility for sales, service, and after-sales support as Flying Flea continues to build its ownership ecosystem in key urban markets across India.
