KTM has expanded its adventure motorcycle lineup in India with the launch of the off-road-focused 390 Adventure R, priced at ₹3.77 lakh (ex-showroom). This new variant is positioned strategically between the lower-spec 390 Adventure X and the premium 390 Adventure model, catering specifically to enthusiasts seeking serious adventure riding. The motorcycle comes factory-equipped with off-road-ready hardware, eliminating the need for aftermarket modifications.
A significant highlight of the KTM 390 Adventure R is its upgraded, high-spec WP Apex suspension, offering 230mm of travel at both the front and rear, which is a considerable increase over the standard model. This enhanced suspension provides superior shock absorption and stability on challenging terrains. Additionally, it features off-road-spec tires for improved grip and boasts a significantly increased ground clearance of 272 mm. The bike retains advanced electronics like cornering ABS, traction control, and multiple ride modes, while featuring a distinctive orange trellis frame and fresh graphics.
