Tata Elxsi will spearhead the implementation of a Connected Vehicle Platform and a unified customer experience application for JSW Motors' upcoming vehicle programs, covering everything from conceptualization to aftersales support.
This collaboration aligns with JSW Motors' vision to build a technology-led, new-energy mobility ecosystem in India, promoting indigenization and localization across the vehicle value chain. The partnership will leverage digital and data-driven solutions such as user experience design, cloud platforms, over-the-air (OTA) frameworks, and digital twins, alongside intelligent solutions like cybersecurity and AI/ML analytics.
