The FADA Dealer Satisfaction Study 2026 shows a sharp improvement in dealer satisfaction across India's auto industry, with JSW MG Motor and Royal Enfield leading their respective segments.
The Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) has released its 2026 Dealer Satisfaction Study, revealing a significant improvement in dealer satisfaction across the Indian auto industry. The composite Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) increased by 29 points year-on-year, reaching a score of 810. The study evaluated approximately 60 attributes across six key factors to determine the rankings.
In the four-wheeler mass-market segment, JSW MG Motor led with 865 points, followed closely by Mahindra & Mahindra and Tata Motors. Royal Enfield topped the two-wheeler segment with 878 points. For electric two-wheelers, Ather Energy secured the top position with 864 points, while VinFast Auto India led electric passenger vehicles at 858 points. Despite the overall positive trend, FADA president Sai Giridhar noted that the rise in the index still highlights unresolved dealer economic issues within the industry.
