Hero MotoCorp's electric mobility brand, Vida, has introduced a new variant of its VX2 Go electric scooter, now equipped with an enhanced 3.4 kWh battery pack. This upgrade provides riders with a greater range and improved performance, addressing a key consumer demand in the rapidly growing electric two-wheeler market. The VX2 Go with the larger battery is priced starting at Rs 1.02 Lakh.
In addition to outright purchase, the scooter is also available under Vida's Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) scheme, which allows customers to significantly reduce the upfront cost, bringing it down to approximately Rs 60,000. This flexible ownership model aims to make electric scooters more accessible and affordable for a wider range of Indian commuters, further accelerating EV adoption in the country.
