TVS Apache RTX 300 Faces Delivery Challenges in India Despite European Unveil

TL;DR

The TVS Apache RTX 300 is experiencing significant delivery delays in India, leading to customer dissatisfaction, even as the company showcases the model internationally.

TVS has unveiled its RTX 300 motorcycle in Europe with a new striking color scheme, aiming to expand its international presence. However, the bike faces significant delivery delays and backlash from customers in India. Despite its launch in October 2025, many buyers are yet to receive their motorcycles, and the waiting period has reportedly been revised to four months.

The TVS RTX 300 is praised for its extensive features, including cruise control, a bi-directional quickshifter, a 5-inch TFT display, and an immaculate suspension setup, all at an aggressive price point of ₹2.34 lakh to ₹2.74 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). Powered by a 299cc engine producing 35.5bhp and 28.5Nm of torque with a 6-speed gearbox, it is considered a strong contender in its segment. The lack of transparency from TVS regarding the delays is causing disappointment among waiting customers, especially with competitors like the Triumph Scrambler 400X gaining popularity.
