TVS and Norton Gear Up for Multiple New Two-Wheeler Introductions in India

TL;DR

TVS and Norton are preparing to launch a range of new two-wheelers in India, including a performance motorcycle, CNG and electric scooters from TVS, and the Norton Atlas adventure bike.

TVS Motor Company and its British subsidiary, Norton Motorcycles, are preparing an exciting product pipeline for the Indian market, with several new two-wheelers across various segments. TVS is actively developing a range of new motorcycles and scooters, including a performance motorcycle, as well as CNG and electric scooters, signaling a comprehensive expansion of its offerings.

Among the anticipated launches from TVS is the Apache RR 450, a fully-faired performance motorcycle that has been spotted undergoing testing. This model is expected to feature a twin-cylinder 450cc engine, potentially derived from the BMW F 450 GS, and is projected to debut in late 2026 or early 2027. Additionally, TVS is working on a CNG-powered Jupiter scooter, designed with a dual-fuel system to run on both petrol and CNG, which could significantly enhance fuel efficiency.

Norton Motorcycles, under TVS ownership, is also set to make its re-entry into the Indian market with models like the Norton Atlas. Production for the Atlas has already commenced at TVS’s Hosur facility, with an India launch expected later in 2026. The Atlas will target the middleweight adventure segment, powered by a 585cc parallel-twin engine, aiming to establish Norton as a premium brand in the country.
