This accomplishment comes roughly two and a half years after its strategic partnership with Bajaj Auto commenced in 2023. The collaboration has enabled Triumph to significantly expand its reach and market presence across India.
Under the partnership, Bajaj Auto handles the manufacturing and distribution of Triumph motorcycles in India, while Triumph contributes its global engineering and design expertise. This localized production model has not only boosted domestic sales but also facilitated the export of India-made Triumph 400cc range motorcycles to 18 international markets, including Japan, Australia, Mexico, Taiwan, and South Korea, showcasing their adherence to global standards.
The brand has expanded its network to over 230 dealerships and stores across more than 200 towns in India. Manik Nangia, President, Probiking, Bajaj Auto, expressed pride in reaching this milestone, highlighting that Triumph riders appreciate the brand's engineering, design, and modern classic motorcycles. The company also actively engages with its riding community through various events and experiences.
