August 2026 has seen the introduction of special editions for popular SUVs in India, with Tata Motors launching the Nexon CAMO edition and Hyundai unveiling a Knight Edition for its Exter model. The Tata Nexon CAMO edition starts at an ex-showroom price of Rs 9.99 lakh and is available in five trims.
The Nexon CAMO introduces two new color options, Munnar Mist and Coorg Clouds, seen previously on the Sierra and Sierra.EV. Inside, it features Benecke Kaliko leatherette upholstery and a robust feature list. This edition is available with petrol, diesel, and CNG powertrain options, offering versatility to buyers.
Concurrently, Hyundai launched the Exter Knight Edition, with prices starting from Rs 8.13 lakh (ex-showroom). This cosmetic upgrade is based on the HX6 and HX10 trims and features a distinct dark theme, including Matte Black logos, dark grey garnishes, and red-finished front brake calipers. While primarily a cosmetic makeover, it adds a unique aesthetic to the Exter lineup.
