Indian Motorcycle has unveiled the 2026 Indian Chief Vintage, a new model that pays homage to the brand's 'golden age' and coincides with its 125th anniversary celebration. Inspired by 1940s Chief models, this reimagined classic blends timeless design elements with modern power, precision, and innovation. The Chief Vintage will be available in striking colors like Black Metallic and Indian Motorcycle Red, with deliveries expected to begin in March.
The new Chief Vintage features valanced fenders, a tractor seat, telescopic forks, and wire wheels that evoke the silhouette of a 1950 Indian Chief Black Hawk. Despite its vintage aesthetics, the motorcycle is equipped with contemporary technology such as a touchscreen display with GPS navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, three ride modes (tour, standard, sport), and cruise control. Keyless ignition, ABS, and rear-cylinder deactivation on its Thunderstroke 116 engine further enhance its modern appeal.
