Ducati India has introduced the new XDiavel V4 sport cruiser motorcycle to the Indian market. This new model is powered by a MotoGP-derived 1,158-cc V4 Granturismo engine, which reportedly delivers 168 hp at 10,750 rpm and 126 Nm of torque at 7,500 rpm. The XDiavel V4 also incorporates a cylinder deactivation system, designed to enhance fuel efficiency and reduce emissions by deactivating the rear cylinder bank when the motorcycle is stationary or operating at low engine speeds.
The motorcycle features a dedicated exhaust system that produces a distinctive sound, with varying tones in two- and four-cylinder modes. Its chassis consists of an aluminum monocoque frame and a single-sided aluminum swingarm, complemented by a 50-mm fully adjustable inverted fork and an adjustable monoshock rear suspension. The XDiavel V4 is available in two metallic colors, 'Burning Red' and 'Black Lava', with prices starting from ₹30.89 lakh (ex-showroom India).
