Positioned below the more advanced Himalayan 450, this new model aims to offer a simpler and more accessible adventure riding experience. Ahead of its official launch, the Himalayan 440 had already begun arriving at dealerships, generating considerable excitement among enthusiasts.
The Himalayan 440 is expected to be powered by a 443cc air/oil-cooled single-cylinder engine, similar to that found in the Scram 440, producing around 25.4 bhp and 34 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. It features a 21-inch front wire spoke wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel, designed for rough terrain. The motorcycle also comes equipped with a new twin-pod instrument cluster and a Tripper navigation system, offering turn-by-turn directions via smartphone connectivity.
