Yamaha is expected to launch the YZF-R2 by the end of June, positioned between the R15 and R3, with an estimated price of ₹2.15 lakh. This 200cc motorcycle is anticipated to be locally developed in Chennai for both domestic and international markets. Additionally, Yamaha's electric scooter, the Aerox E, is also slated for a June launch, offering dual removable batteries and a claimed range of 106 km.

Hero MotoCorp is set to introduce flex-fuel variants of its popular HF Deluxe and Splendor Plus models, designed to be compatible with E85 and E100 fuel blends, aligning with the push for sustainable fuels. Keeway will also enter India's electric scooter market with the EZI Hypevolt, featuring 14-inch wheels and ABS.
