Honda Gears Up for Dual Vehicle Launches in India: ZR-V SUV and City Facelift

Honda is set to have a busy May 2026 in the Indian automotive market with the highly anticipated launches of the ZR-V hybrid SUV and an updated version of the City sedan. The Honda ZR-V will arrive as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) import, positioned as a premium five-seat SUV, and is expected to be priced between Rs 40 lakh and Rs 50 lakh (ex-showroom).

The ZR-V is a 4.5-meter long SUV that sits between the HR-V and CR-V globally, offering features like a freestanding touchscreen, wireless charger, heads-up display, and an electric tailgate. It will be powered by a 2.0L petrol engine combined with two electric motors, producing 181 bhp and 315 Nm of torque, along with ADAS functions. Concurrently, the 2026 Honda City facelift is expected to receive minor exterior design revisions and significant interior feature upgrades, including a 360-degree camera, a larger touchscreen, and ventilated front seats, while retaining its existing petrol and hybrid powertrain options.
