TL;DR
Ducati launched the 2025 Streetfighter V2 in India, a Panigale V2-derived sport naked motorcycle offering a lightweight design, powerful 890cc engine, and advanced electronics.
Ducati has introduced the 2025 Streetfighter V2 in the Indian market, priced at Rs. 17,50,200 for the standard model and Rs. 19,48,900 for the higher-spec Streetfighter V2 S (ex-showroom India). This mid-capacity sport naked motorcycle is derived from the Panigale V2 platform, featuring stripped-back fairings and revised ergonomics for enhanced road usability.
The Streetfighter V2 is characterized by its lightweight design, sharper chassis behavior, and a comprehensive electronics package. It is powered by an 890cc, 90-degree V2 engine that meets Euro 5+ norms, producing 119 bhp at 10,750 rpm and 93.3 Nm of torque at 8,250 rpm. A significant aspect of its performance is that over 70% of its peak torque is available from just 3,000 rpm, ensuring strong performance in typical road conditions.
For suspension, the standard V2 uses fully adjustable Marzocchi forks and a Kayaba monoshock, while the V2 S upgrades to fully adjustable Ohlins units. Both versions share cast, six-spoke alloy wheels, Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tires, and a Sachs steering damper. The motorcycle is available in India exclusively in Ducati Red, with a racing exhaust option offered as an accessory to further boost power and reduce weight.
