India's adventure motorcycle segment is set to expand with six new affordable models expected to launch soon. Among them is Bajaj's first dedicated adventure motorcycle, which has been spied testing and is likely to feature an air/oil-cooled 249cc engine derived from the Pulsar N250.
Royal Enfield's Himalayan 750, a flagship adventure motorcycle, was recently showcased in Brazil and a prototype spotted in India, indicating a production version unveiling at EICMA 2026. Hero MotoCorp is also preparing the XPulse 421, expected to feature a new liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine producing around 40 bhp, with a launch anticipated by late 2026 or early 2027.
